A feature film in development
After the start of the war, Margarita suffers a miscarriage. Then a voice arrives from the clouds, claiming to be her child — and promising he will come back.
Film Synopsis
After the start of the war, Margarita suffers a miscarriage, but a glimmer of hope appears in the form of a message from her departed child. The child assures her that a second child will come into her life, and Margarita believes that this child will be their saviour.
What follows is not a story about a war. It is a story about the interior of a person during one — the arithmetic of hope, the way the mind builds a door where there is only a wall, and the price of walking through it.

The Crew
The project is led by a director and an executive producer who have worked together since film school in Hong Kong.
Director · Script Writer
Graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in Film Editing. Now based in Berlin, developing time-based media and war-related video work. Her short “Two of Us” was Special Mention at the 10th Fresh Wave International Short Film Festival.

Executive Producer
BA in Film & Television (HKAPA, 2008) and an MA in Cultural Management (CUHK, 2013). Founded Myth Signs in 2010, producing film, television and institutional work for clients including HKU, the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and Orbis Hong Kong.
